Mails

1. How to send mails to Cheng Kung University?

  Address: No. 1, University Rd., East Dist., Tainan City 701, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

  Please specify the addressee's department, college and student ID number. For those on-campus boarders, please indicate the room number as well as the dormitory's name.

2. The Claim of Mails

【Ordinary mail】

  Please authorize anyone (or the staff of your department office) to claim your mail at the Mail Room (about 11:30 a.m. everyday).

  The dormitory administrator will collect mails for boarding students.

【Registered Mail】

  We send the notice on the receipt date to the addressee's email account.

  In principle, the addressee collects the mail in person with his/her own student ID.

  The trustee can claim the mail on behalf of the addressee, with student IDs of both sides.

  Some department office may help to collect the registered mails when convenient.

4. Notes & Map of the Mail Room, Documentation Division

         1. Please Bring your ID and come to the Mail Room of Documentation Division in Cheng-Kung Campus to claim your mail.
    2. To claim your mail by your representative, the student IDs of both of the recipient and the representative are required.
    3. Opening hours: 8AM-12PM, 1PM-5PM. (Off: national holidays)
    4. Location: 1st Floor, Multifunctional Building No.2, Cheng-Kung Campus. (close to the west side of NCKU Museum and Ge-Chi Hall)
